Oceanside’s Salute to Ernie Taylor

 

This 1996 master was recorded at Heritage Park to honor former city manager Ernie Taylor for his many years of service. Among the notables talking about Ernie were then Mayor Larry Bagley, Assemblyman Robert Frazee, former councilman John Steiger and Edith Swaim.
